We recently noticed German roaches in our kitchen (disgusting), I purchased the baits etc. but a friend told me not to waste time and call a professional before it gets worse.
I googled exterminators in my neighborhood to support local business.
VJ Pest Management had great ratings and the reviews were days or weeks old not years old.
Also, he answered his call, not like some businesses that you leave a message and hear back a day or days later.
Day of my appointment Virgilio came on time, and he was extremely polite and respectful of our home.
You know he’s a good man because my chihuahua didn’t bark at him, not once. Ha ha ha.
Anyway, he pulled away my stove treated all the nooks and crannies, he was extremely thorough. He took his time and used different products.
At the end of my appointment he gave me a few pointers on what not to do going forward.
His fee was also very reasonable.

“I had a concern about bedbugs. I called and explained my situation. Jeff was extremely helpful and asked me why I thought I had bedbugs, which no other company had asked that simple question. He said based on my description, it wasn’t clear if I had bedbugs and to wait until Thursday if I had any other bites to decide and that it could’ve just been a random bug. Waiting until Thursday and nothing else occurred. I appreciate his practical advice, rather than urging me to do a $300+ inspection that might not have been necessary — which is what all the other companies were doing.
