Dmitry and his team at Deluxe Windows & Doors are absolutely incredible to work with. He's fair, straightforward and honest during the sales process and his team works efficiently, are respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and do an amazing job. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Lastly, he charges a price that is fair for the marketplace. We moved into a 100 year old house with 52 windows, at the time, only 4 of them opened (and were new), otherwise the rest were original single pane with half the sash weights and ropes missing and completely painted shut. Dimitri from Deluxe windows always to the rescue. A few weeks ago I was installing a window ac unit and cracked the window panel and also broke the locking mechanism. I called Dimitri and he came right over and helped secure the window and immediately got started on the window replacement for me. My windows were installed over 4 years ago but I can call him anytime and he will help get a part or come a fix something. they did such a great job on my window installation , Very professional staff and made sure I was completely satisfied.I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

Dmitry and his installer were fantastic from start to finish. they installed 16 black windows for me in maywood. He delivered the windows on time and the installation was flawless. Oscar works very clean and efficient while paying attention to details. I would highly recommend them for any window replacements. He was also very accommodating with the schedule. I would definitely use him again. The windows are also high quality windows at a great price.
