First I used Jason when having issues with my zone valves - some baseboards wouldn't engage. The communication with Jason was on point,he estimated how much the repair will cost (the number was reasonable beyond any doubt), he arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly, expanding my own knowledge on my heating aggregates in process. When the next day the baseboard stopped heating again - Jason arrived in a matter of few hours, and fixed the issue - at no charge. I had another encounter with him just recently, in this case he arrived to check on a problem but eventually wasn't the one repairing it (due to circumstances) - but again, was nothing less than prompt and professional, qualities that are not met too often in the industry of home repairs (from my personal experience).
