We had the best experience with Lou and his team. We had some major issues with our air conditioning unit and Lou spent hours assessing it and going to get the parts necessary for him to fix it. I will be using him again in the future for sure!
We had A Degree Above replace our AC/gas furnace 4 years ago and it was such an easy process. A few weeks ago, we had an issue with the thermostat and wiring, they came out quickly and made sure to fix the problem. I love how they have an automated service that texts you about appointments and even sends a picture of the technician that’s coming. Highly recommend!
We have been working with A Degree Above since 2016 when we moved into our home. Each year it's been regular maintenance but in December (and trickling over into January) we experienced a larger challenge with our heating system, in particular when it was extremely cold outside. The gentlemen who came to our house were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When the issue we were having wasn't fully resolved, the owner personally texted me at 6:30 a.m. after I had left a voicemail on the recording machine the night before. He showed up at my house first thing in the morning and stayed until the issue was resolved, and even followed up via text later... read full review
