Agents ask many questions to fully understand a person's experience and expectations to find the right opportunity. They provide detailed information about the company and the job, along with instructions and tips for a successful interview. Some agents even accompany candidates to interviews, making it less stressful. Communication is instant and consistent, with agents staying in touch throughout. They care and make candidates feel not on their own. Checks are deposited weekly without issues, and paystubs are available online. For many, working with Aerotek has opened opportunities and provided the ability to feed a family. The approach is not just business; it is personal.
