“I have been going to Skincare Lounge Spa for various services since 2012, & every time I have gone, I've gotten good service, great information as it relates to the services I am receiving including aftercare methods, and a kind encouraging word from the estheticians providing the service. The estheticians here make you feel very comfortable, are kind, & very knowledge about their craft. They have an easy booking service, & allow you to reschedule quickly if necessary. If you have to cancel your appointment after a certain number of hours before your appointment (the cut off point for your appointment), you may be charged a cancellation fee, which is the full price of the service you requested. Overall I always enjoy the service I receive here from the estheticians. I recommend this business and will continue to patronize this business“

Victoria always takes the best care of me and has really helped my skin. She customizes the facial to what my skin needs at that time and she is able to fix my breakouts. The salon is very beautiful so going in is so relaxing and always makes my day! I also get my manicures done with Karina and she is fantastic - my nails last 4 weeks and are healthy and strong. She gave great advise on the best skin care routine for my skin type. Overall the facial was nourishing, gentle, calming and relaxing. Gabby was very professional and friendly. “I recommend the stylists, the new location not so much. The main salon is smaller than the previous location. The check in/check out station is right at the door and resembles a hostess stand at a restaurant. When check out is backed up, people stand in line and get in the way of work flow, especially since there is a station right there near the entrance. In the center of the room, there is an island of 8 stations, 4 on each side. These stations are very close to one another. If all 4 stations on one side are being occupied, the stylists crowded together and there isn’t much room to move around. Plus, for color services, there would be a portable table taking up additional space. I’m envisioning a nightmare situation where the stylists accidentally collide and ruin someone’s haircut. In contrast, the other stations in the salon have several feet of separation between them and are more comfortable for the stylist and the customer. I fell bad for the stylists that choose to not have a suite because they are forced to work in a space with suboptimal design. I will continue to patronize the business since I love my stylist, but I’m not in love with the new salon.“

“This is just the spa experience I was looking for. I got a facial here and the esthetician gave me great advice for taking care of my skin at home and even wrote it down for me. As soon as I walked into the spa, the receptionist was very welcoming and offered me water as I was filling out the forms and even showed me where the bathroom was if I needed it. The spa room was so relaxing and the esthetician took her time with me. The facial included a scalp, foot and hand massage which I wasn’t expecting. What a nice surprise.
