I do not recommending going to this Minute Clinic. I went there in January 2024, and was told I had no co-pay. A couple weeks a later I received email that I owe money, so I paid it. Now, 6 month later, I get another bill stating my COVID test was not covered. I call my insurance company, and they said the bill was never submitted. Come to find out that the Minute-Clinic sent the bill to wrong insurance company. I spent 2 hours of my time trying to get things worked out. I will never come here ever again.

Went to this now closed facility in June 2023. Got a bill for the visit just over 1 year later. Apparently they did not put the insurance codes in correctly or screwed something else up. The insurance company denied the initial claim and there was some back and forth. Other minute clinics usually get a bill to me within a couple weeks or so. The bill I received although not a huge sum was substantially higher than typical. So I'm guessing they still screwed it up. The visit was useless. The care provider was dismissive, and gave me a prescription for what I already take OTC.

I was hired for the COVID testing position which was a separate operation from the minute clinic itself. I was being asked to Covid test a patient from inside by the minute clinic staff, and was told not to do it by my manager. since I didn't want to go against my manager, I did what I was told. after that every day I was yelled at and harassed by the minute clinic medical assistant in front of my patients. She yelled at me for days about not properly putting equipment away, which I definitely did put away correctly according to how I was trained. very uncomfortable experience, and I'm disappointed that the nurse practitioner didn't say a word to me about it when I confronted her about her staff pressuring me to go against my own manager, and harassing me every day afterward.
