From the very first person I spoke with to the very last and everyone in between, there is a very noticeable focus on customer satisfaction. I needed a new boiler and took me one month shopping and getting quotes because I wanted to make sure I chose the correct service company. I have to say that I have absolutely zero to complain about A-solutes/ Gold Medal. Instead, I was blown away with the level of attention to service and detail demonstrated by everyone with whom I interacted. I give credit to the staff, but also to the company’s leadership because I am sure that the reason your employees operate at that level has something to do with the company’s mission....read full review
As a maintenance contractor, I have hired, as well as worked with- many plumbers in New Jersey. A-Absolute is by far the most capable and responsive plumber I have known in this state. Their staff is experienced in a wide range of plumbing issues. They have the equipment to get any job done in a timely way. Management is responsive and effective, and treats their employees better than most. Genuinely 5 stars all around.
Wonderful service. Very nice. But unfortunately they're not in business anymore. They're affiliated with Gold medal plumbing with whom I'm not happy with and will NEVER use again because of their unwillingness to replace a pipe that they broke. They chose to put some kind of boot on instead of replacing the small section of pipe they had to replace. I priced the pipe at home Depot and it was $3 and change. I hope it was worth it for them to lose a customer. Like I said A Absolute was great when they were unfiliated with Gold Medal!
