“I took my dog here to get a dental cleaning/tooth extractions because he had bad plaque in his teeth. Due to his age of 12 years, I was very nervous about having this procedure done but the doctors and staff here did a wonderful job with him. “My furchild is very discerning when it comes to people. He hadn't had the best experience with a vet, and I am so thankful to have found West Orange Animal Hospital. He fell in love, at first sight, with the vet techs and Dr. Dick! He was comfortable lying on the floor with his head on the vet tech's lap. Dr. Dick was gentle informative, thorough and made sure my dog was comfortable with each step. WOAH clearly has a love for animals and a deep respect for the people who love their pets. They embue trust and confidence in the animals and thelir guardians.“

“Some people are quick to leave a bad review about Dr. Nergrin. But they will not tell you she never turns a patient away. If you walk into her hospital with an emergency, she will treat your pet the best she can with minimum staffing and equipment. They also do not write reviews. Saying she was trying to work right after having major surgery just not to let her clients down. People need to respect her time and schedule their appointments accordingly. Suppose you will not show a simple phone call to cancel is so easy. They also say her staff doesn't answer the phones. How can she if she's helping the doctor? Before you try to tarnish someone's reputation, it doesn't hurt to ask questions, but instead, some of you guys' feelings get hurt because YOUR pet wasn’t seen promptly, and you want to write a bad review. It is funny that you guys still go to her practice. If any of my dogs are sick or are not eating whatever, I will take them to the emergency vet. But some of you do not have common sense. She’s damn near a one-person team, and you folks think she’s supposed to be superwoman. Lastly, she doesn't make you get unnecessary things for your pet like most vets.

“A caring compassionate care giver. He came to evaluate my 12yr old Lab after he was not responding well to meds after an ICU stay. Unfortunately a few weeks later my pup took a turn for the worse and Dr Astarbi returned to euthanize him. “The staff are very sweet and my dog and I were very comfortable with the vet. I’m a first time dog owner with a two year old cockapoo. Our previous vet shamed me for not wanting to spay her and give certain vaccinations. The vet here assured me that spaying her is not necessary and we set up a schedule to do minimal vaccinations that I felt comfortable with. He also gave us a recipe to start her on a real food diet which the previous vet told me to only feed dry kibble which I felt wasn’t healthy. Overall, I am very happy to have found them and feel my dog is in the best of hands! I just wish I found them sooner. Prices are reasonable, no upselling“

“Without question, Dr. Fuerst is the world's best vet!!! My dog was suffering from a rare disease that no other vet (we went to 7 in total) was able to properly diagnose, but we were referred to Dr. Fuerst from a friend who said he was the best vet around and this turned out to be absolutely correct. Dr. Fuerst properly diagnosed the condition and treated our pet "Snoop Dogg" with perfect results! I am happy to say that Snoop Dogg is healthy again and has been chasing down postal workers ever since we took him in for treatment! Thank you Dr. Fuerst for saving Snoop Dogg's life!!!“

“If I can give a ZERO I promise You I would. Not only was the staff and doctors unprofessional , they also injured my puppy. I've contacted this place out of desperation no other groomers would schedule me an appointment until the end of May. I have a Shih Tzu, As some may know their hair grows long and wild. If it's not maintained they can get matted fairly easily. Sadly that is what happened so the original groomers didn't want to hurt him and suggested that he needed a med“

“I saw Dr. Messina today because my Chiweenie was acting like she had Lyme Disease again. Dr. Messina is awesome, and as a physician I know that she did a very thorough examination, paying particular attention to whether my dog had a heart murmur. Dr. Messina's tech, Bill, is a truly wonderful vet tech. My dog is bitey and crazy, but they treated her in a truly fear-free way, I can't give a stronger recommendation for Dr. Messina and her tech, Bill. I love you guys. Michelle is also a doll.“
