Eduard and team are expert and responsive. We started working with Zigzag when they speced and installed a heat pump for AC and supplemental heat in our ~1930s home. Their communication and attention to detail were fantastic throughout (and loved ditching the window AC units). Since, we've relied on them to maintain our legacy boiler, and their speed and communication is exactly what we expected for even small repairs and regular maintenance.

I've used ZigZag Industrial since 2018 when I purchased my home. I went to Eduard ready to install a standard ducted HVAC system, but the price was way out of my budget. He came up with a solution (mini split system) that was under my budget, extremely efficient and easy to maintain. The install was quick and sharp and the equipment was of high quality. After nearly 6 years of being used almost on a daily basis, and I mean these things take a beating, everything is still running strong!
