Once the customer service agent I had been emailing with realized I, as the client had been caught in the middle of a very unexpected return shipping issue, she took steps to make sure I received the store credit due to me! I received a personal phone call of apology as well as an explanation of what had gone wrong! My account now has my store credit and I’m looking forward to using it! “This spa was much more than it appears from the outside. I was greeted nicely and offered water or a cup of tea or coffee. I chose lemon tea and might go back just for the tea! Something else I really liked was that in addition to soothing music, there was a recording of birds playing. The music was soothing. The birds let me stay in the moment.My MT was great and I left in a Much better place than when I arrived!“

She cares for her patients and is thorough in all of her treatments, which get RESULTS! She uses the best quality products. Definitely worth the visit.“

“I had a decadent face massage today. It was my first time in the store and I enjoyed the "sculpt" massage with Sarah. She had a very calm and sweet demeanor to her and was knowledgeable about skincare, made recommendations for my specific concerns (aging toning, lifting) and definitely tried to push the products, which seemed on the pricier side. Overall, I thought that the ambiance was lovely, the facial was high quality, and the price point was pretty good for the services being provided. I also loved the scents used for aromatherapy before the facial commenced. Recommend!“
