EXCELLENT FACILITY! I recently had to have them put my elderly cat to sleep after he took a turn of the worse this past week and what a great and compassionate place. Dr. Rachel Kahn really went above and beyond to help ease the situation! I highly recommend this Dr. and animal hospital!
I had a great experience at RVAH. The staff is always welcoming, kind and genuinely caring from the moment I walk in. The Doctor explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat. I am so grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet.
Vets and staff are amazing. My dog had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks a few years ago and they let me visit him daily and gave me regular updates via text and by phone regarding his progress. They took care of him like he was their own. They were able to diagnose him with a protein allergy / IBS and treat his underlying issues. Since then, he has been great the past few years (no new flareups thanks to changing his diet per the vet’s recommendations). Most recently, I had my cat pass away and they walked me through the cremation process and were so supportive and kind.
