I had an issue with my septic tank where it was backing up and I was getting dirty water coming out of the drain in the basement for the washing machine. I could not run any water nor use the toilets and was desperate to get it fixed. I called in the morning and though Rich said they had a very busy calendar that day, he would do his best to get out to me that afternoon. Eric showed up the same afternoon, drained the tank and investigated the issue. There was a clog in the incoming baffle which he cleared.The issue was resolved the same day I called it in. I'm very grateful and very happy with their service.

I reached out to Rich with a problem of an overfilled tank. He got back to me five minutes later and coordinated a truck to come out, pump the tank, and for his team to show me how to clean the filter. Everyone was quick, helpful, and professional. Huge help for a first time homeowner.
