Our buyers’ home inspection revealed root damage to the sewer line. In need of a specialist, Rob came referred to us by our trusted plumber. He picked up on the second ring and asked a few smart questions. Upon seeing the inspection report, Rob provided an inclusive quote to jet/cut the roots and rescope the line. He also got us on his schedule within a few minutes of speaking with him. He is sharp and professional. I would highly recommend him for any sewer line cleaning/repair.
I appreciate Rob and his crew so much. I can’t even begin to explain! Before we got to Rob, we had three or four plumbers Come, investigate our sewer line issue and not one of them found the right issue until Rob came along! We were about to dish out thousands to not even have the actual issue fixed ! Having him and his crew here felt like family . They are honest, reliable and trustworthy . You won’t be disappointed. Look no-where else!!!
Our problem occurred on a weekend night. Rob returned my call within minutes, was very patient, helpful and explained reassuringly that our dirty, ugly problem (overflowing, backed-up drains), would be resolved swiftly and promptly. He was right - his staff were on-time, courteous, informative, reasonable and got the job done right the first-time. While we hope to never have this problem again, Rob and his team are exactly who you want — so very grateful for these guys.
