I had a struggling ac unit, I called, Al showed up the next day and handled the problem, explained what it was he was doing , why he did it, and what we can do to avoid further issues. I am happy with their service and plan on using them again.

First heat wave in our new house and our AC hit the fritz. Most places aren’t even open on Saturdays, and other companies told me we had to wait 3 weeks: Piper was here in one hour.

So thankful Al from Piper Heating and Cooling was able to come out a fix our air conditioner today. It was an easy fix this time around but so grateful of his service. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the situation quickly, and explained everything. We will definitely use this company again, as we will be needing a new unit with time. Thank You Piper!
