I went for a consultation at Facials by Francine for the first time last month regarding patches of severe dryness on both sides of my forehead, eyes, and cheeks, and below both brows. This dryness started in November and progressed into February. I had considered going to a dermatologist, but thought that I would first try an alternative route. I saw Francine on February 18 and she recommended that I use Neo Genesis Recovery and Yon-Ka skincare products. It was my first time at Facials by Francine, and Francine did an excellent job. She was thorough and explained each step. I had a facial and a neck/shoulder massage and I left feeling clean and relaxed. I saw the difference in my face the minute I walked out.
