I want to thank B.A. Colella for promptly coming out and addressing the recent issue with my furnace not working! Unfortunately, the person who I have been using for many years did not have any sense of urgency, told me he or an assistant might be out the next day and would put me on the list, then the next day tells me it could be several weeks or more! Based on my first interaction with B.A. Colella, they have earned my future business! When I first called, I spoke with Alexis who was very courteous and walked me through the process of costs and what to expect when a technician arrived. On the day of the appointment, Zach arrived on time and was incredibly friendly, listened to my recent history of the furnace, immediately delved into solving the problem, figured it out, fixed it and had us up and running quickly. Again, they have earned a new customer and I highly recommend them!
I cannot say enough positive things about about Brian, the owner, and the technicians. Brian is professional, prompt, and reliable. The office staff is easy to work with to schedule an appointment and get back to you as soon as they are able. We had an issue with our air condition on one of the hottest days of the year and they were able to come quickly and solve the problem efficiently.
