“Starting with the phone call requesting an evaluation until the completion of project, Mr Sonny and his crew have been professional and reliable. The crew were very diligent and fast. They immediately got to work with efficiency and focus. They knew what needed to be done and just got the job done. It took them 7 hours to complete the roof replacement, from total stripping of old roof to replacing the new tiles. The pricing was very good. Even with rip[ping off and replacing ALL my tongue and groove roof, off their prices were reasonable and less then a quote for a simple shingle replacement.Best was there was no high pressure sales person. Mike was knowledgable and easy to work with. The sales person another company sent kept taking off $$ in 1000.00 increments everytime I said no, I wouldn;t sign that night.Heidi in the office was always pleasant to deal.“

“We recently had our roof replaced on our house and 2 sheds as well as a skylight. From start to finish we could not be happier with every interaction with the company. Ed, the salesman was so personable and professional. He showed up when he said he would and did not try to sell us anything more than we wanted, in fact we added on the 2 sheds on our property to redo as well. He explained everything so well, was patient with my questions and was very helpful. The crew showed up the day we had scheduled and worked through the entire day until it was dark. I did not think they were going to get everything done in just one day but they surprised me and did. They worked really hard! They even did a great job with clean up and were all so courteous. “It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“
