“After seeing a friends eyebrows I decided to have a consultation, and I’m so happy I did. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as my eyebrows were thin and I thought the shape would be difficult to attain. Joanne was gracious and very informative taking her time to explain the process with detail, putting my nerves at ease. First you have the consultation appt., then the micro blading appt., then the touch up appt. All together its three appts. She provided written and verbal instructions which I followed to the tee, and had little to no swelling. Joanne is a master of what she does and I am so happy with my eyebrows and highly recommend her. Her salon is pristinely clean, and modern and you are the only client in the room at the time of the process. This makes the experience worthwhile. I was very apprehensive about getting eye brows done and I wanted my eye brows done by a professional who understands my needs. Esther was wonderful and patient with explaining everything to me making me comfortable throughout the process.
