“Run don't walk here, but ask for Lili or Vicky! I almost gave a terrible review, but the shop did an amazing job at rectifying the issue. Originally I was seated for a pedicure by a male (with no name tag) who seems to be in training, my experience with him was horrendous. Fortunately, he was only assigned with putting the mask on my legs & removing prior polish while, my nail tech, Lili was finishing up her previous client. Every step had to be meticulously explained to him by Vicky who was trying to complete her clients nails at the same time. He was shaking through the whole process & was not wearing gloves--not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately he took 30 minutes to do his part, and I was starting to worry he was going to be my nail tech. By the time Lili came over my water was freezing cold, but I was so excited to have someone else helping me. Lili is absolutely amazing and everything the fabulous reviews about this place are true. Such amazing attention to detail & exceptional service. Lili and Vicky are very friendly and kind. I would recommend this place 100 percent, just request your service provider as to avoid the awkward unpleasant experience in the beginning. I think this place still deserves 5 STARS, and I'm not sure what can be done about the male employee, I would just prefer to have Lili do the entire service. At the end the male employee provided a shoulder massage, which was very nice of him but I would've preferred to opt out of the service. He was again shaking the entire time which only caused me to tense up and worry. I will re-iterate everything else was exceptional. The shop has a perfect array of colors and great options that I was a fan of. It's a very clean establishment, with nice green & grey accents. From the outside you would not expect to walk into such a nice space. Will be coming back with a better plan LOL.“
