“I contacted this company on a Saturday evening freaking out after what I thought was a mice nest in our yard. I messaged them on FB to try and get one of the technicians to come out the following week to see what rodents were living in our yard. Joe responded instantly and came out the next day, Sunday morning, on a holiday weekend. He walked over to our corner of the yard and educated us and helped us resolve our problem. “I was having a very difficult time for some reason getting in touch with customer service to find out when my tech was coming to my house. I never got the call back when i prompted it to and I got hung up on twice.
