Jay installed a five pane and four pane bay window in my home in 1994, and I've recently had issued with the crank windows. After contacting the manufacturer with details on the windows, they mailed me four replacement crank mechanisms. Jay came today and replaced all four of them as well as making an adjustment to my back door which he also installed twenty plus years ago. Not only do I like to support local businessmen, there are many more large operations that do not stand behind their products or come out if you have issues. This is a great place that really does not only great work but stand behind their products, even after they were installed 25 years ago. Go local!!!!!

Amazed that no yelpin' about this company all this time. American Door has been serving the South Jersey area over 20 plus years....Jay Vogel the owner is a very reliable and professional individual who knows how to please the customer. Having purchased doors and windows from American over all these years. Always satisfied and never disappointed. Recently Jay repaired older vinyl windows for me, rather than SELL me new windows!! Saved me some lettuce.
