Had no problem and worker here was pretty responsive via text. I had an usb outlet issue with a brand new monitor bought and used for less than 3 months. I was hesitant shipping out the item, but they were able to provide the shipping box (mailed it out to me) with instruction on how to pack the item and protective foams. They kept me updated via text and item came back to me fairly quickly especially since item was sent out during the holidays. Monitor was sent back to me wrapped and secured in a bunch of bubble wrap. No damages and happy they were able to fix the issue

We never dropped it or caused any physical damage to it. We always kept it in the case. Our Samsung tablet has a damage in the inner LCD screen which has nothing to do with us and the outer glass of the tablet has no crack or scratch on it. It was not a physical damage and the Repair Center thinks it is. It may be that Samsung tablets can not handle cold temperatures.... read full review
