“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

“John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.“

“Cafo is not only a European master tradesmen, he is a Gentleman Tradesmen. Yes, I just made that up. My experience with C.A.D. Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right.Cafo is different. He was on time to the estimate, he was highly respectful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable, he listened to me and even apologized for accidently cutting me off at one point, and it is highly apparent that he truly loves what he does.While he had an employee accompany him, HE climbed my roof himself to inspect and came back to me with an honest assessment and quote on the spot. Since I had already received quotes from other roofers and experienced their - less than desirable - service, I knew I had found who I was looking for to care for my hundred year old gorgeous slate roof that I was blessed to finally find in my new home.
