I had no heat at 8PM and my current plumber and oil provider would not come out for an emergency repair. So the next day I called Keil. They calmed me down and then promised to have someone come by the same day. To our surprise, the sales manager showed up himself to get our system restarted while we waited on a tech to be free for a full inspection. That was a relief with 2 kids under 3 in the house!When the tech arrived, not only was he just super pleasant to talk to in general, he explained what he was doing and why through the entire process. After our local prior oil company became too big and dropped the ball with our needs, it was time to check out other local companies again. Keil Oil was at the top of the list, recommended by other local users. When I initially spoke to them, they immediately jumped in to help us out with a plan and came out to check our system. Since then, they have been steady and true with oil deliveries, home tech visits, and fair pricing. Today the proof was in the pudding. 2 weeks ago we woke up to no hot water... So I checked the furn.and saw it stopped working... I called Keil and they came out to the house on a Sunday Morning.... even though the problem checked out to be in my electrical box... the Service Man rigged it up temporarily so we had hit water until we got a electrician over to fix the issue..Which took 4 days.... So I feel that Kiel went over and above to keep us happy customers... If u need a oil company I recommend Kiel Oil ..........
