It’s about time that I found a dentist as knowledgeable as Dr. Feins! Only took 50 years! I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Feins. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me explaining everything that would be done with the issue that I was contending with. This was so refreshing. Talk about wanting to get to know your patient. Well Dr. Feins truly makes every effort to get to know you as a person not just a new patient. By the end of my appointment, I told Dr. Feins that he would be getting a visit from my wife and my two son. As a first time patient, I was a little apprehensive about having a crown replaced. However, Dr Fraser changed my mindset. He was very professional, calming and patient. I trusted him and his expertise. He took the time to explain every step and always asked if I had any questions. His assistant was also very helpful. This was my first time. Very , very pleased. Front desk staff were pleasant , cheerful and very welcoming. Catherine( dental hygienist) did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. Extremely gentle and very meticulous. Dr K was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel the appointment was rushed. Highly recommend.
