I came to this location after moving in town, and having issues with my prescription from the California location, the staff here went absolutely above and beyond to assist me and figure out what was wrong with my prescription and why I was having double vision issues. From the doctor to staff members at the desk, everyone was so attentive and so helpful, Mina was absolutely amazing, as well as Mary and another lady that had blonde curly hair ( I apologize for forgetting the name). Amazing customer service!! I am in town for my son’s wedding. The Americas Best I go to in Virginia didn’t get my contacts in before I had to leave for Jersey. I called Americas Best Rio Grande and Kim was so understanding and set aside a trial pair so I could have contacts for the wedding! When I stopped in, Jess helped me and was just as amazing! Thank you ladies for helping to make the weekend perfect!
On vacation and went in with a pretty twisted frame and lens which popped out. People very friendly and the optometrist fixed them and would not let me pay. Much appreciated and would definitely recommend them.
