They have knowledgeable technicians, like Randy, who are genuinely concerned about their customers and their heating/cooling systems. They even went above and beyond by dropping a charge for a failed component.
My AC fan motor failed and Technician Randy Thatcher responded. Diagnosed the problem and had a new motor installed the next day. Couldn't ask for anything better. Very friendly and professional too!
Called them at 8AM on the first hot day of the year when my AC condenser wasn't turning on. By noon they had a tech onsite who found that the control wires had been eaten by a mouse and they quickly made the repair. No upselling and fair pricing.
******* WOW! After being charged to remove a failed component that the company had previously installed-We received a call from Old York informing us that the charge would be dropped! I am Very IMPRESSED, and GRATEFUL!
