We hired Rite Rate to replace our failing HVAC unit and inefficient ducting. The installation team was communicative, on time, and completed the job quickly. HVAC has been working efficiently so far. One of the best contractors we've worked with.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Rite Rate sent Remy to perform the repair. Needed freon and a good cleaning. Remy did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Rite Rate did it right! When you call them for a repair, ask for Remy. Thank you!

Seemingly, everybody is attempting to get their heating adjusted nowadays, most companies are booked out for half a month. Rite Rate had the time to assess the situation with a photograph through text, The technician dropped by afterward to affirm the issue, and the next week we were getting the heater replaced.The company has honest and wise technicians, which is very much appreciated. Didn't attempt to upsell and their recommendations were quite on point. they offered a value that was on the lower end of the reach I got from others.
