Kassandra has gone above and beyond countless times! She has worked a miracle on a white dress stained with red wine, made a beautiful butterfly pin from my moms wedding dress, perfectly altered my daughters prom dress and is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Her employees are equally awesome. She is 100% my go-to person.
Unbelievable business. Not only is Kasandra knowledgeable and extremely reasonable, she’s a great business owner. I have been going to her for a few years now and have referred her to many. A few weeks ago, I had a dress that needed to be tailored for a bridesmaid dress and I went to Pressed. I needed to come back a few times, at no extra charge, to get the dress fitted perfectly. One of the times, the dress ended up being too tight so I had to come back. When I came to pick up the dress the week of the wedding, Kasandra ordered me a brand new dress to make sure it was perfect. I was in awe. She truly cares about her customers. Go to her, you will not be disappointed.
Went in to get my comforter dry cleaned yesterday. The lady working told me it would take about 7 days because the store was closing for the week. After speaking with the owner who was extremely helpful, said you can pick it up at 10am tomorrow. I was very thankful they were able to make this accommodation. Later that day I get a call from the owner letting me know that the comforter has been dry cleaned and she was going to deliver it to me at no extra cost. Easily the best dry cleaner around. Incredible customer service and trustworthy. Pressed fashion gained a customer for life!Service: Delivery
