Awful experience! Booked a deep clean and they messed up the schedule so my cleaner showed up a different day and time than initially scheduled. My cleaner was here for 3 hours in my small 2 bedroom apartment and all she did was wipe down *most* surfaces, vacuum, and mop. Nothing “deep clean” about it. Very obvious areas were left untouched and dirty. I voiced my concern but was told that my cleaner could stay as long as I needed, which basically meant that if I wanted her to do a deep clean, I’d have to spend more money. The worst part of all? Eco Green Cleaning Services have been providing us a weekly clean for over a year now. They do an incredible job. The ladies are always friendly, punctual and thorough. A few times our appointment has had to change but communication has always been excellent so caused no stress. We would highly recommend them as a team!
