“We were looking for a builder for a complicated change to our house, which was to replace an open-air sunroom and the space underneath it with regular rooms. When Nic came over, his promises and estimates seemed too good to be true. This is because all the previous builders, when they heard about our requirements, expressed doubts about their ability, had to think some more or just disappeared. “We hired Nick and his team to build an addition on our house and remodel almost the entire first floor (and some of the second floor). They did an excellent job and the house looks fantastic. Nick was very involved, answered all of my questions patiently, would give me his opinion when I asked and coordinated with some of the subs (cabinets, countertops etc) that I hired separately. Living through construction is always stressful and intrusive but he made it as seamless as possible, and we were only out of our house for two nights (while the floors were refinished). The whole job was quicker than I expected (and quicker than other contractors told me it would be). I highly recommend Nick and his team for big and small projects.“
