“I have been working with Rachel for only a couple of months but she has been incredibly helpful and motivating for me. I have lost almost 10 pounds; but more importantly, I have changed the way I eat, and it hasn’t been difficult. As a vegetarian it has been hard to eat enough protein, but Rachel has provided me with lots of ideas and suggestions. She also works to identify times of the week (weekends!) that are more difficult and suggests ways to handle these more challenging times. She has impressed upon me the need to do more weight bearing exercises but also explains WHY these exercises are more helpful, especially for women in their 50’s like me.
