We recently completed a full and complex renovation of a large home (>6000 sq ft) in Monmouth County with SC Contracting. The full project spanned over 10 months and involved significant changes to the original floor plan (moving walls, rerouting stairs, removing beams). We couldn’t be happier with Scott and the whole crew. He was flexible, worked through the inevitable “bumps” of a large renovation (in the first month, we discovered part of the roof was improperly installed, and his team rebuilt the supports from the inside out), and was a great partner through the long journey. Scott is a pleasure to deal with. He is honest, prompt and professional. We have had other work done in our house by other contractors and we were usually less than pleased with the outcomes. Scott renovated our kitchen and this was the first time we felt the final outcome exceeded our expectations. We’ve also used his handyman service multiple times and that has also been a five star service. We will continue to use Scott’s services going forward.
