Alex, the owner, is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to be helpful. I had an antique rug cleaned and repaired, and it came out beautifully. Alex even had some persistent stains removed and didn't charge me for it. Highly recommended.

Alex and his team at Nima are one of the most professional and trusted businesses I've ever dealt with. Alex was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me to understand the origin and history of a persian rug that was passed down to me. He was so thorough in helping me determine the best care and cleaning for the rug. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recomend Alex and Nima rugs.

I had a lovely old braided rug that needed cleaning and repair. I asked Alex at Nima if they did braided rugs and he said yes. What a beautiful job they did! I have other rugs that I will need them to do as well. Thank you Nima!
