Ace Handyman Services provided honest, skilled work in my house on a wide range of jobs, including installing special-order storm doors (to fit an old house with non-standard sized doors). When the supplier made a mistake with the order, James and his boss at Ace Handyman went the extra distance (literally: they returned the doors and got the supplier to correct it). I was grateful not to have to do that. Very impressive customer care!
Lawrence came and fixed our outdoor shower pan that had a big crack in it. He was very friendly, very professional, and did a terrific job. He explained everything he was doing and he cleaned up after himself. This is my first time utilizing Ace Handyman Services and I must say I am very happy with them. They (Tony) came up with a very reasonably priced solution to the shower pan problem, the service kept me in the loop with the details of the appointment, let me know when Lawrence was on his way, and followed up after completion. Excellent!
This is a 5 star service. Tony selected the perfect person, Lawrence, who repaired my hand-made dining chairs with knowledge and care. I couldn't have been more pleased. Tony also called after to follow up to be sure I was completely happy with the repair.
