She explains everything very clearly. Keisha at the front desk was a pleasure to work with as well. There is a great selection of glasses and the doctor helped me make sure I picked the perfect one! I felt very well cared for during my visits. I am so glad I found Somerville Family Eye Care. I highly recommend them!“

“The store manager Robert truly helped me. My situation required extra help. I had gone to a different eye glass shop and was told that what I needed was like finding a needle in a haystack. I left there with little hope and no glasses. I went this evening and Robert was able to find that needle in the haystack for me and left the store with glasses and problem solved. That's 5 stars and above! Even though I had got there close to closing and he was helping others, he calmly and efficiently helped us all. Also the manager was around and she also was helpful.I wish the selection matched the on line choices.I will update when I get my new glasses. I am happy with the prices with my VSP plan.“

The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The office manager was so patient and kind, and she was able to get me in, despite the late hour. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way.
