“The store manager Robert truly helped me. My situation required extra help. I had gone to a different eye glass shop and was told that what I needed was like finding a needle in a haystack. I left there with little hope and no glasses. I went this evening and Robert was able to find that needle in the haystack for me and left the store with glasses and problem solved. That's 5 stars and above! Even though I had got there close to closing and he was helping others, he calmly and efficiently helped us all. The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The office manager was so patient and kind, and she was able to get me in, despite the late hour. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way. Dr. Dente was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as he examined and assessed the problem with my eye. Everyone there really put me at ease, and I felt so much better by the time the examination was finished. I work in healthcare, so I appreciate and recognize the value of excellent customer service and patience (especially when the person is in pain or severe discomfort, which I definitely was). I have since returned to this practice, specifically Dr. Ehrlich. He is professional, caring and makes you feel comfortable. “Much better eyecare than I have ever received at any other place. You get a comprehensive work up and true evaluation of your eyesight and how your eyes are functioning. I only have nearsightedness and I’m not too complicated, but the doctor still takes the time to do all testing and review everything. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional.
