She explains everything very clearly. Keisha at the front desk was a pleasure to work with as well. There is a great selection of glasses and the doctor helped me make sure I picked the perfect one! I felt very well cared for during my visits. I am so glad I found Somerville Family Eye Care. I highly recommend them!“

“The store manager Robert truly helped me. My situation required extra help. I had gone to a different eye glass shop and was told that what I needed was like finding a needle in a haystack. I left there with little hope and no glasses. I went this evening and Robert was able to find that needle in the haystack for me and left the store with glasses and problem solved. That's 5 stars and above! Even though I had got there close to closing and he was helping others, he calmly and efficiently helped us all. This will be my eye glass spot and I will recommend him and this optical store to anyone who needs glasses. Thank you for the great service!“

“This was my first visit at lVisionworks. I met with Dawn and Dr. Radich for my eye exam. I felt it was very thorough. My sale associate was very friendly emp 116714. I don’t know her name. Also the manager was around and she also was helpful.I wish the selection matched the on line choices.I will update when I get my new glasses. I am happy with the prices with my VSP plan.“

“Great place. I was going somewhere else for a long time and recently that place started making many mistakes, even with my prescription. So, my husband started going here and recommended it to me, so we went for our eye exams and I have to say they are wonderful. The eye doctor is very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. I am very impressed and highly recommend them.“

I have since returned to this practice, specifically Dr. Ehrlich. He is professional, caring and makes you feel comfortable. “I had a great experience. As soon as I came in the door, the receptionist greeted me and knew my name. I sat down for about two minutes and I was immediately brought in for my eye exam. Dr. Sommer gave a complete and thorough eye exam. Yes, the office is a bit dated, but I did not come in to live there. I just wanted my eye exam, which I received, and the whole staff was awesome! “Super nice, competent, and thorough doctor. I was very nervous after having gone a very long time without getting my eyes checked up due to the pandemic (where I just relied on my glasses). She was incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly. Really appreciated a thorough eye exam, contact lens fitting, explained things I should be aware of in the future with my glasses/contacts/eyes overall, offered ideas, offered samples, and was overall a very intelligent doctor. Wish the front desk person had a tad more patience with me, and the office could've used a little cleaning (it was a shared space maybe?), but overall an experience where I went in nervous and came out a lot less so. “Every member of the staff is beyond sweet. They’re busy so there is a wait but they use advanced tech and they take their time w you. dr. Moriarty is absolutely amazing. She’s genuinely caring and knows her stuff and she knows when to call colleagues to assist in difficult diagnosis. And Dr. Lee is amazing. She is working hard to try and find the systemic cause for an eye issue, something so few doctors are willing (or want) to do these days. She listens and has a wonderful bedside (chair side?) manner. Thank you to both of you! The optician is also the sweetest woman! Highly recommend.And yes there is sometimes a wait there, but I bring my phone and try to be patient bc these docs are worth the wait!“
