I wanted to take a moment to compliment the incredible staff at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Raritan, NJ. It's clear that the entire staff takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
I'm so sorry I don't have the name of the person who helped me today, I had my old glasses held together with a wire because I lost one of the screws that held one of the legs on, I went to pick up my new glasses and the lady kindly fixed my old glasses. He did much more than replace a screw. Thank you very much.
The doctor here was really great and the woman that did the testing was super nice and professional. I have to say the sales person Monique was not though, she was kind of rude and was too busy talking about personal stories with her co worker to be welcoming or helpful. I was going to buy a pair of glasses until I realized the customer service from her was lacking. She had me sign my receipt for my test and didn’t even say anything to me as I left. It was just a weird experience, like she didn’t want to be bothered with me.
