Dr Prasad is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I had a perpetual deep cough and was having a problem breathing. She automatically had me on a nebulizer and Diagnosed me immediately. Dr Prasad prescribed me all the medications that I would need for a smooth recovery. I would recommend everyone to see Dr Prasad. Her staff is very caring and professional. Thank you to all.

The wait was very long. I was there for 2 hours. The front staff was pleasant and the doctor as well. But the medical assistant Brandon was rude and not sympathetic with my 7 year old who needed a flu exam. We both of checked due to not feeling well. Brandon appeared to be bothered and annoyed that my son was crying because the flu exam is very uncomfortable. He made us feel as if he had not been exposed to many children in the medical office. He didn't care nor did he try to be sympathetic towards my son. Wouldn't recommend to bring children there if the staff appeared to be bothered with their mere presence. To top it off he was lazy we were in the room with scale and instead of having us weighed he just verbally asked how much we weighed and wrote it down on the paper.

Great service . Warm welcoming staff . Someewhat busy because of the rapid COVID test , but overall great service .Becky and Melissa are so kind and very professional. I recommend this place ?
