    My husband started at the Dojo 3 years ago and states that he has very much enjoyed working with Karen Sensi and Joe Sensi and engaging with older and younger students in class. The Dojo is a friendly and family type atmosphere where you can truly learn the art of martial arts. My husband is a father of 3 with an elderly parent to care for, the class schedule options are flexible and varied and works with his (and my) schedules. This is a fun, interesting, and engaging way to not only learn a martial art but also a way to a healthier lifestyle.

    This dojo is awesome! You know right away when you enter the doors you're in a welcoming & safe space to train & learn. Karen Sensei & Joe Sensei are well knowledgeable & highly skilled in the art, and the people are warm & supportive. The vibe is so encouraging, empowering those who train-from beginners to well advanced, to want to succeed☺️. Come check it out, you won't be disappointed!
