“Dominick was great! On August 22nd, he arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly got to work and asked a few questions to begin to assess the problem. He called Navien who walked him through a troubleshooting process. I had been told by a previous plumber who was working on a different water heater that many companies who sell on demand water heaters will require their repair people to take a course to repair their water heater. Dominick explained that he had to take Navien's course to be certified to work on their heaters. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing while he was troubleshooting. Dominick was able to determine the problem, descale the water heater for me and repair the problem. The price was reasonable, the time spent here was what I expected, and he cleaned up where he was working. This was an excellent experience, and I was fully satisfied with the work that was completed by Dominick and HB Services.“
