It has been a pleasure to work with this client centered organization that Greg Frank runs so well. Several years ago, they put in two stair lifts, which have worked fine. Recently, they, especially Jess Grannum (also an experienced physical therapist), spent considerable time, without payment, working on how to get my wife in and out of the shower safely. When I saw that I could save money by buying the transfer chair into the shower/tub at a low price through Amazon's prime days, one of their skilled workers installed it at a reasonable cost. I recommend Back Home Safely without qualifications.
