Amy is attentive to my specific needs. Her office us thoroughly cleaned, and safety measures enforced, which helps my anxiety during these times. My shoulder felt relief that I can not express in words..it had been so long since it felt relaxed. Highly recommend Finding Balance.

So I generally don't leave for reviews for so may reasons, main one being its ALWAYS public and I'm fairly private. I will start with I have known Amy the majority of my life pre and never though hey let me hit up Amy. I work retail and for over a year have suffered pain in my arm which my Dr calls tennis elbow and I scoff a bit at. the last month my other arm has also been causing pain but not as severe. Recently the pain has been so severe we are discussing surgery. ah ah I have 3 small kids a job. Ah let me ask Amy! Lord have mercy, why didn't I do this sooner. I am 3 day pain free after 15 months of throbbing I want to vomit pain. Please give her 60 mins of your time and I promise you won't be sorry!!!!

Best massage ever!! I cannot say enough good things about Finding Balance. Amy is such a warm & caring person who clearly loves what she does! Her attention to your specific needs and wants are incredible and make you feel so cared for. I can't wait to go back and recommend Finding Balance to everyone I know!
