The main reason we travel 45 minutes to this appointment is the incredible service we receive. The doctor and the entire staff are personable and truly take the time to listen.However, there is one staff member, Kathy, who is the absolute star of the office. She treats you with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and urgency. Kathy goes above and beyond to accommodate patients and knows every single person by name. She juggles so many tasks at once, yet always handles everything with grace.That level of care is the true differentiator in a medical practice.
