I had booked a job via Local Hero. Roy (Pierpoint) attended perfectly on time, and was very polite. Unfortunately, Roy concluded the job couldn't be carried out because of limited access to the part that needed to be replaced. Roy did not charge me a penny, despite having made the journey and spent 20 minutes trying to assess the situation. Super recommended, very professional and knowledgeable trader 🙂
