“I loved the Bubble Lounge. It was my first time there. It’s an adorable place. The staff are genuinely caring and loving to the dogs. They are professional and interested in how you want your pet groomed. And best of all…It is cage free! I went in with two scared rescue pets and came out with two happy girls! They did an amazing job and groomed the dogs exactly how I wanted. You know they must be great if they are able to cut a 5 month old skittish Yorkie. Willow and Lady loved the treats! “I took my very knotted Cockapoo for the first time. The lady that greeted me (I didn't get her name) was friendly and welcoming. Right away she explained to me that my dog was going to need a very short cut. Because of my previous experience with my former groomer I was afraid they were going to nip and cut her skin. I prayed and hoped for the best lol I dropped off at 11:30 and at 12:35 received a call that my dog was going to be ready in 15 mins. I couldn't believe how fast that was! My former groomer would take 3 hrs and not do such a great job. I was pleased with the cut. It was very short but I understood it had to be because of the knots. When I got home I examined my dog and noticed they did a great job overall. Her ears were spotless! The cut itself wasn't choppy or uneven. And most importantly my baby was happy! I will definitely book with PPS again and look forward to getting a cute teddy bear cut next time!“

“I just had to bring my 17 week old here he was congested and they treated him with such loving care ,they made it as stressless as possible .He was given 2 medicines while he was there . When we got home within a half hour he went and ate a little and had perked up a little. His brother was happy to have him come back home. Thanks to their staff who made it easy from the minute we came through the door. Highly recommend them to take great care of your furbabies. Boston likes the doctor and the assistant except when they had to take his temperature. Thanks for helping my baby.“
