All aspects of the service were excellent. The woman who set up the appointment was patient and competent. The installation was very professional and Dimitiry, the installer, was friendly and recommended a larger size pump than the one that I had which was something I wanted. I've used Rotor-Rooter before and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Jacob was great and got us up and running relatively quickly. We have a long way to go but we feel like we have an ally through it, which makes it a little less intimidating. Thanks, Jacob!
Worked quickly and efficiently to replace our sump pump and get rid of the water building up in our basement. Took the time to walk us through everything in detail and even offered us advice on future steps. Couldn't be happier with this team, especially Frank and Dmitriy!
