“I must say I am impressed by Rachael’s ability to walk into a kitchen space and quickly reimagine the space in a very short period of time. On Rachael’s first visit to my home she reviewed my kitchen, took measurements and asked me what I envisioned for my new kitchen cabinet design. I must say I had no real vision I really needed her guidance. After our meeting, I was surprised when that evening at about 10:17 PM I received by email an initial complete redesign of my kitchen cabinet configuration. The redesign was something I could not have envisioned and it was beautiful. Over the course of a few days we discussed changes to the design and finalized the design. Rachel was available morning, noon and night, literally. She was very accommodating when it came to scheduling time to meet with me for cabinet design selection. In addition to assisting me with cabinet design for my kitchen Rachel also provided advice on vanities for two bathrooms, a storage unit and any and everything I asked for her assistance with (paint colors, flooring, cabinet handles, you name it). She was available at all times to provide her professional design knowledge on things that were not related to her specific kitchen cabinet design work.I did not have a hall closet and was considering a coat rack, however, when I mentioned this to Rachel she instantly had an idea for a hall coat and shoe storage unit. She provided suggestions on the actual unit style and size, which was perfect. She took measurements for the unit and ordered the unit and I could not be happier with the unit. It is a beautiful unit that fits into the décor and style of my home and more than satisfies my storage needs.Racheal was very engaged and involved in the installation of the kitchen cabinets. She was available in person and by phone anytime needed. This was crucial during the kitchen cabinet installation as the installers had a number of questions during installation. Her availability ensured that there were no mistakes and that the installation was exactly as designed.The process was about 3 months from initial discussions to completion and I must say it was a pleasant experience for me because Rachael is very professional, personable and conscientious. Her desire as she communicated constantly was to ensure that I was happy and satisfied.“

“We worked with Joe and the Uno team to do a whole house interior & exterior renovation in 2023. The experience we had working with Uno has been fantastic and would recommend them to anyone looking for home renovations! Uno is the total package! Great quality on the work done, really good communication, on-budget, amazing support team and very timely in getting things done.From the beginning, it was very easy to communicate with Joe and get quick responses on putting a formal proposal together. Upon approval the Uno team helped us with obtaining the necessary permits for construction and even helped connect us with architects and designers. They were even great at design touches. We sent them inspiration pictures of rooms and design touches and they were able to execute them even better than what was in the picture. Even after the project was complete, as small repairs were needed, Uno was very responsive to help them get it done. Maria took the time to discuss our project, made sure our measurements were accurate, she took the time to call the Products/Services team of Valinge to ensure our moldings and thresholds were the right ones for our installation. She went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed for our installation to be complete/successful. Fairly priced, was priced lower than another bid we received for the same flooring and our flooring came in within the lead time given as well. Lucky the salesperson is very nice and knowledgeable explained everything from A-Z and we trusted him. it came out above our expectations. Lucky drew the kitchen cabinets on the computer to show us how it will look like before we gave the final okay, no surprises. No pressure to sell and the price was right. The kitchen cabinets came on time, Bob the installer was here receiving the cabinets and checked if they are perfect with no damages.
