“Fun, exceptional and satisfactory"...these are Aggie’s group workout classes that I have come to like and gives me an optimal challenge. I feel motivated with every learning class and different types of workout styles. I have had a create transformation in the last few months and I am liking it. One thing I can advise is keep your discipline in Aggie’s workout classes and you shall see the results. I would highly recommend Aggie.
I was searching for personal trainers in the area as I needed workout guidance around my herniated disc. Aggie helped me with the fitness basics and planned workout around my injury. We started with simple workout and progressed towards intermediate level within a few months. She will listen to your questions, give appropriate stretching and diet tips. I always enjoy working out with her and will always be grateful to have met Aggie ❤️
Agnes is simply the best when it comes to designing a personal workout. I've been training with her for 4 years. She helped me get in shape.
